The class is focused on getting the most out of your BBQ and gaining all the skills to using your BBQ as an oven. You will be able able to achieve that all important family roast with a delicious roasted Rib of Beef and garnish plus how to prepare, cook and serve a Tandoori Chicken dish with all the trimmings that are sure to delight. After booking your class, you will receive or have access to a range of dry ingredients plus a detailed short video showing how to set everything up including ingredients and equipment. It gets you all set up for the experience and ready to begin when we click “zoom” and get cooking.
Live Streaming Class and Ingredient Pack: You also have the option to purchase some handy inclusions for your session including 1 x bottle of Audrey Wilkinson Series Shiraz, 1 x Jar Fuego Tandoori Spice Rub and a Packet of essential Murray River Pink Salt.
