Designed to teach the essentials of operating and managing a variety of smokers and grills, this session proves that anyone can BBQ — no matter your experience level.


Covering more advanced techniques such as:

  • Trimming & Prep
  • Setting up different smokers and grills (briquettes, charcoal & gas) for grilling, roasting, and low ’n’ slow smoking
Our sessions are capped at 20 participants, ensuring you get plenty of hands-on involvement and the opportunity to ask all your burning questions. There's ample downtime to mingle and connect with other BBQ lovers too!
