Almost everybody loves the smoky and crispy flavours of bacon but who really know how it is made and the step and process to achieving amazing bacon every time? 


We have created a Masterclass that will show you how to breakdown a side of Pork, how to brine and smoke the pork belly into Bacon, cook amazing Pork Belly, smoke the Pork Ribs and create amazing sides and dishes with our house made Bacon.  


To get the most out of this class you will be a keen Bacon and Pork enthusiast and love to prepare and combine flavours, have a love for getting your hands dirty and of course enjoy all things cooking with Pork. You will also be able to better understand what flavour profiles really work against others plus be exposed to howe to both sear, roast and smoke foods with amazing outcomes. 

On arrival to your cooking class, you will be provided with a cold beer and an apron before being welcomed by your Chefs for the day. They will outline expected competencies from the session, discuss the format of the day and introduce the menu. In the Bacon & Pork class you will all collectively produce, cook and serve every morsel of the menu and share in your creations on completion together. The chef will cover equipment needed plus all the tips, tricks and methods to be able to do it yourself sat home.
